Ingredients
- 1 pkg 95 oz) spring mix salad greens (or any greens)
- 3 C baby spinach
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 2/3 C chopped walnuts (or 1/4 C sunflower seeds)
- 1/2 C fresh strawberries or raspberries
- 1/2 C canned beets sliced
- 1/2 C fresh blueberries
- 1/4 C sliced radishes
- ____________________________
- Dressing
- 2/3 C FF poppyseed salad dressing
- 3 T red raspberry jam
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar

Step 1
- Combine first 9 ingredients
- Whisk dressing ingredients together; drizzle over salad and toss
- Note:
This was enough salad dressing for at least 2 recipes!
