  • 1 pkg 95 oz) spring mix salad greens (or any greens)
  • 3 C baby spinach
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2/3 C chopped walnuts (or 1/4 C sunflower seeds)
  • 1/2 C fresh strawberries or raspberries
  • 1/2 C canned beets sliced
  • 1/2 C fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 C sliced radishes
  • ____________________________
  • Dressing
  • 2/3 C FF poppyseed salad dressing
  • 3 T red raspberry jam
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
