Ingredients
- 1/2 cup each
- unbleached white and whole wheat flour, wheat germ and bran
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda and salt
- 1/4 cup each brown and granulated sugars
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup each light sour cream and buttermilk
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- 1 pint blueberries (washed)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Grease 12 large muffins cups or line cups with muffin papers. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Mix together both flours, wheat germ, wheat bran, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3. Combine sugars, eggs, sour cream, buttermilk and applesauce.
4. Toss blueberries with the flour mixture. Add wet mixture into dry and stir until just combined.
5. Distribute batter evenly among 12 muffins cups. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
