Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2-1/2 lbs. boneless lean beef round or shoulder cut into cubes

Step 1
In small bowl combine soy sauce, oil, vinegar, garlic powder and red pepper, mix well. Place meat in tight fitting bowl or plastic bag. Add marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or longer. Remove meat from marinade and arrange on skewers. Broil over hot charcoal or under broiler about 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
