Ingredients
- 3 T orange juice
- 2 T unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 T chopped fresh oregano (or 2 tsp dried)
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 4-6 dashes hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin and fat removed

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
In food processor or blender, puree ingredients sauce. Arrange chicken in baking dish and brush with the citrus mixture. Bake, turning once, and brushing occasionally with the remaining mixture, for 30-35 minutes or until no longer pink in the center. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with saffron rice and tortilla chips.
