Ingredients
- 3 lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 3/4 tsp. Pepper
- 3/4 cup rice
- 3 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 large onion chopped fine.
- 1 large (qt) can tomato juice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except tomato juice together with ground beef. Form into balls. Brown on all sides. (Easly done by placing under broiler). Place meat balls in a dutch oven. Add tomato juice to cover and let simmer for 2 to 4 hours. (May be made quickly if you use cooked rice, or instant rice).
