Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 piece of bread
- 2 Tbsp of milk
- Optional, 1tsp sugar and 1/8 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of butter

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in frying pan. Combine ingredients, soak into bread (see the photos below) and cook each side over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Crack an egg into a measuring cup:
Add about 2 Tbsp of milk:
Beat the egg with a fork:
Preheat a pan on medium heat and melt about 1 tsp of butter:
Cook it for about 3 to 5 minutes and then flip it over and cook the other side for 3 to 5 minutes:Sprinkle the top with sugar and cinnamon, serve it with maple syrup or serve it with whipped cream and fresh berries.
