- 2- 16oz cans black beans, drained
- 1- 14.5oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1- 4oz can chopped green chilies
- 1- 11 can corn or 10oz frozen
- 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce, or more to taste
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin, or to taste

Step 1
1. Put beans in medium-sized saucepan and add tomatoes, chilies, corn, barbecue sauce, and cumin. Cook on for 10 minutues.
2. Spoon rice into bowls and ladle on black bean mixture
