Ingredients
- 1 C evaporated milk
- 1 C sugar
- 3 slightly beaten egg yolks
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 C coconut flake
- 1 C chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter, & vanilla in saucepan.
Cook & stir over med. Heat till thickened (about 12 min)
Remove from heat. Add coconut flake & pecans.
Cool until thick enough to spread, beating occasionally.
