Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas, halved and frozen
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 2 tbsp. raw hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp. raw almond butter
- 3 Medjool dates, pitted (or 1/4 cup unsweetened raisins)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. raw cocoa powder (or omit for vanilla flavour)
- 150 ml. water
