Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Step 1
In a medium bowl, beat the egg. Add the milk, sour cream and melted butter. Add the baking mix and mix well. Fold in the cooked and crumbled bacon strips and the Cheddar cheese. Spoon batter onto a prepared, hot waffle iron. Close waffle iron and cook until golden brown, according to the waffle makers instructions. Serve drizzled with maple syrup or your favorite fruit-flavored syrup.
