Peppermint Ice Cream****

I love this ice cream, by dissolving the soft mints in the milk you aren't left with chunks of peppermint.

Ingredients

• 1 quart milk
• 1 # soft peppermints
• 1 cup half & half
• 1 cup whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

1-Dissolve candy in milk overnight.
2-Mix in remaining ingredients, stir well.
3-Freeze in ice cream freezer.
4-Store in plastic container.
