- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled with tails on
- 1/2 cup Canola oil
- 5 tablespoons blackening spice

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place shrimp into a large bowl. Add oil and blackening spices. Pour onto baking sheet.
