Ingredients
- 1-15 ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic (about one small clove)

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in the bowl of your food processor attachment of your Cuisinart Stand Mixer. Pulse until ingredients are combined and consistency is smooth. Serve immediately or store, covered, in refrigerator for up to two days.
