Noodles and Cabbage & Kielbasa

Ingredients

  • 1 med head cabbage
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 16 ounce pkg. egg noodles
  • Kielbasa, cooked and sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Wash cabbage, remove outer leaves and slice into thin slices. In a large skillet, melt butter. Saute onion until transparent. Add cabbage, caraway seed, salt and pepper. Saute until cabbage is tender. Cook noodles and drain. Turn into serving dish. Add cabbage mixture and toss well. add cooked kielbasa slices.
