Ingredients
- 3 Cups diced rhubarb
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1 Cup quick oatmeal
- 1 1/2 Cups flour
- 1 Cup butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 9X13 pan.
2. Combine rhubarb, white sugar, and 3 T flour. Stir well and spread evenly into baking dish. Set aside.
3. Combine brown sugar, oatmeal, and 1 1/2 Cup flour. Stir well and cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over rhubarb layer.
4. Bake for 40 min.
