Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked oats
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup raisins or dried fruit of your choice
- 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts or nuts of your choice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 lrg egg, beaten
- Cooking spray

Step 1
Preheat oven 375.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine milk,applesauce, butter, and egg in a separate bowl.
Add milk mixture to oat mixture; stir well.
Pour into an 8x8 square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
