  • 4 Roma Tomatoes Diced
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion slivered
  • 4 Jalapenos Chopped
  • Cilantro
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch of Cumin Seed
  • splash of Chicken broth , spalsh of lemon juice
  • t EVOO

  • 4 eggs

Step 1

Prepare Salsa:
Roughly Chop Tomatoes and Jalapenos.
Sliver onions into thin quarter moons.
Toss together with, whole cilantro leaves, pinch of cumin, and S & P.
