Spicy Hot, yet very flavorfull!!! Grandpa Garcia's Salsa and Spanich rice finish this off well! .....Not for the 'Faint of Heat' !!!

Ingredients
- Salsa:
- 4 Roma Tomatoes Diced
- 1/2 Yellow Onion slivered
- 4 Jalapenos Chopped
- Cilantro
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch of Cumin Seed
- splash of Chicken broth , spalsh of lemon juice
- t EVOO
- Eggs:
- EVOO
- 4 eggs
- S&P

Step 1
Prepare Salsa:
Roughly Chop Tomatoes and Jalapenos.
Sliver onions into thin quarter moons.
Toss together with, whole cilantro leaves, pinch of cumin, and S & P.
Stir in EVOO and a splash of Chicken broth and lemon juice to thin slightly.
Scramble eggs with three or four spoonfulls of salsa, season and
