Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 2/3 cup milk, scalded
  • 24 large marshmallows or 240 small (1cup small = 100)
  • 2 oz creme de menthe
  • 1 oz creme de cacao
  • 1/2 pin whipping cream, whipped firm

Preparation

Step 1

combine cookie crumbs and melted butter

add marshmallows to scalded milk in double boiler, stirring often until blended smoothly. (may use microwave) cool to room temperature. then add liquors. fold whipped cream into mixture and pour into chocolate cookie crust. freeze a minimum of 2 hours if frozen overnight, it should be partially thawed.
