Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed (or 3 10-ounce cans chunk chicken)
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup bleu cheese dressing
- 3/4 cup Franks hot sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- bleu cheese crumbles (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all ingredients except last 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and bleu cheese crumbles and pour into a medium baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of dip.
Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with bleu cheese crumbles, if preferred.
Serve with celery sticks, fritos, pita chips, or tortilla chips.
