Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped/peeled tomatoes
- 4 cups chopped onion
- 1 T cayan pepper
- 2 1/2 cups white vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup canning salt
- 3 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Boil ingredients for 1 1/2 hours uncovered if blended, 2-3 hours for unblended. Cook through.
Pour into hot jars and seal in a hot water bath for 40 minutes.
