  • Icing:
  • 3 3/4 cup warm water
  • 3 pkts yeast (6 3/4 tea from a jar)
  • 6 T sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 t salt
  • 6 T melted and cooled butter
  • 10 c flour
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 2 T milk
  • 112 t vanilla
  • Stir toaether until smooth. Spread on' warm rolls.



Step 1

In very large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Let it soak a bit. Stir in each ingredient in order listed. Close and seal the bowl and woosh out the air. Let sit in warm sink or on back of warm stove until lid pops off, about 20 minutes. Place dough into 3 greased bread pans, rise again about 30 minutes and bake 350 for 30 minutes.

Cinnamon Rolls
Roll out 1/3 of dough and generously cover with brown sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon, drizzle with about 112 cup melted butter. Roll and slice with dental floss and let rise on cookie sheets. Bake 350 about 25 minutes. Or, don't slice and bake as 3 loaves.
