Ingredients
- 5 cups large flake rolled oats
- 1 cup whole hazelnuts
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup flaked unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup soy flour
- 1 cup non-instant skim milk powder (or soy milk powder, for a non-dairy granola)
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Combine the first nine ingredients. Set aside.
Combine honey and vegetable oil. (heat honey gently in the microwave first to ease combining)
Combine both mixtures and spread on two cookie sheets. Bake for 27-30 minutes, stirring at 10 minute intervals, until golden brown. Cool and store in large airtight bags in the fridge.
