Ingredients
- 3 LBS frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 46-ounce can V-8 Vegetable juice
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and garlic powder to taste

Cooking time 20mins
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in a large soup pan or Dutch Oven.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cook 15 minutes.
Serve hot
