- 2 CUPS WARM WATER (NOT HOT)
- 2 PKGS DRY YEAST
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 2 TSP SALT
- 1/4 CUP OIL
- 1 EGG
- 6 1/2 TO 7 CUPS FLOUR

Step 1
DISSOLVE YEAST IN WARM WATER. STIR IN SUGAR, SALT, OIL AND EGG. SLOWLY ADD FLOUR AND MIX UNTIL MIXED WELL.
OIL A BOWL AND PUT DOUGH IN BOWL. TURN OVER TO OIL ON BOTH SIDES. LET RISE 1 HOUR IN DRAFT FREE PLACE. WHEN TWICE THE SIZE, PUNCH DOWN. WITH FLOUR ON YOUR HANDS. DIVIDE INTO BALLS FOR ROLLS THAT WILL FIT EASILY IN A MUFFIN PAN. SET ASIDE, COVER AND LET RISE FOR 30 45 MINUTES. BAKE 375 TO 400 FOR 12-15 MINUTES.
