Cafe Vienna Mix

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 tsp almond extract
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup instant coffee
• 1/2 cup non-dairy creamer
• 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry powdered milk
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Place sugar in a small bowl.
Sprinkle with almond and vanilla extracts. Blend until no traces of moisture remain.
Add remaining ingredients. Sift to blend.
Store in an airtight container.
Add 3 teaspoons mix to 1 cup nearly boiling water.
