Ingredients

  • 4 jalapeno chillies ( for the whimps green and red pepper would work as well)
  • 1/3 cup Boursin cheese with garlic and herbs
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon, halved
  • 1 can of crescent rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Het oven to 375. Carefully remove the stems from the chilies and cut each in 1/2 lengthwise then again in 1/2 crosswise to create small wedges. Remove all seeds. Place about 1 tsp of the cheese mixture on each wedge of pepper. Wrap a 1/2 slice of bacon around each one.


Seperate the dough into 8 triangles. Cut out 16 triangles and place the chilie(bacon) seam side down on the dough. Fold one point over the bacon wrapped pepper. Fold 2 remaining points over the first point. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes~ Serve with pineapple salsa or fruit slasa~
