Elegant chicken in marinade
- 2 t Salt
- 1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T Dry mustard
- 1/2 C Red wine vinegar
- 1 t Pepper
- 1 t Minced garlic
- 1 -1/2 t Parsley flakes
- 6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine all marinade ingredients. Place the chicken pieces in a one
gallon freezer bag or rigid container. Pour marinade over the meat.
Seal, label, and freeze.
Thaw in refrigerator or in microwave. Grill or cook chicken untif
the meat is no longer pink inside and the juices run clear. Discard
