Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut in small cubes
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Orange Juice Concentrate (Optional)
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- Freshly Grated Ginger, to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons Sake, white wine or chicken stock
- Vegetable oil for frying

Step 1
Brown chicken in a little vegetable oil.
Mix all other ingredients together in a large measuring cup. Add to the chicken in the skillet and simmer on low until the sauce thickens.
Serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
