Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages TFM Cream Cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped and divided
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 1 (9 ounce) jar Earth & Vine Red Pepper and Ancho Chili Jam
- 1 box of TFM Assorted Crackers

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons of cilantro and stir until well blended. Scrape mixture onto a piece of clear plastic wrap and form into a ball. Remove and roll the cheese ball in the shredded cheese. Rewrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but up to overnight for best results.
Before serving, remove cheese ball from plastic wrap and place in the center of a serving plate. Pour Red Pepper and Ancho Chili Jam over cheese ball, and garnish with remaining cilantro. Serve with crackers.
