Ingredients
- Filet steaks
- 1/2 C Cabernet or any dry red wine
- 1-2 T butter

Preparation
Step 1
After pan searing steaks in cast iron fry pan to desired doneness (130 degrees for Medium)
Remove beef from pan and set aside
Add wine to pan and bring to boil, scraping any pieces of steak off the bottom of the pan and stirring them into the emerging sauce. Let liquid boil til reduced to about 1/3 C
Remove pan from heat and add butter and mix by swirling pan. Pour sauce over the steaks just before serving
