Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb lb. ground round
• 1/2 lb. ground pork
• 1/4 lb. ground veal
• 1 egg
• 2 slices white bread
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
• 1 teasp. mustard
• 1 teasp. worsteshire sauce
• 1 teasp. salt
• 2 cloves garlic chopped fine
• 1 small can tomato sauce (6oz.)

Preparation

Step 1

Cut bread into cubes and soak in milk for 2 mins.

Combine all ingredients and 1/2 can tomato sauce

Form loaf in loaf pan and pour remaining tomato sauce over top.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 55 mins, Serve with sauce on side

Sauce:
1 teasp. dry mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 teasp. ground nutmeg
