Barbeque Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 4-6 center cut pork chops
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup apple sauce
• 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp. worsteshire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown pork chops on both sides. Put into baking dish

Simmer remaining ingredients for 15 mins.

Spread over pork chops and bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees
