Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. lamb cut into 1 1/2 " cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 teasp. salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix thoroughly, braad crumbs, parsley, gralic, and salt

Brush pieces of lamb with oil. Roll in bread crumb mixture and place in baking dish

Sprinkle with remaining oil.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 mins. or until golden.
