Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless lamb, cut up
- 1/8 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. salad oul
- 1 med. sliced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 teasp. salt
- 1/8 teasp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaasp. gr. cloves
- 1/2 cup water with a beef boullion
- 1/4 cup tomato juice (add last)

Preparation
Step 1
Coat lamb with flour, cook in salad oil until well browned.
Stir in into drippings, onion, garlic, and curry powder.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook for 1 hour then sir in tomato juice.
