Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless lamb, cut up
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oul
  • 1 med. sliced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 teasp. salt
  • 1/8 teasp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaasp. gr. cloves
  • 1/2 cup water with a beef boullion
  • 1/4 cup tomato juice (add last)

Preparation

Step 1

Coat lamb with flour, cook in salad oil until well browned.

Stir in into drippings, onion, garlic, and curry powder.

Add remaining ingredients.

Cover and cook for 1 hour then sir in tomato juice.
