- 4-5 Black Tea bags
- 2 cups tubinado sugar
- 2 handfuls of fresh mint
- 4 cups water
- 3 limes juiced
- 1 1/2 cup light rum

Preparation
Step 1
Steep tea, sugar, and mint in 3 cups of simmering water for 5 minutes, stirring to dissolve sugar. Strain into pitcher and add lime juice, rum, 1 cup cold water, and handfull of mint. Stir vigorously to crush mint. Chill and serve over ice with lime.
