- 1 1/3 pound smoked turkey breast, diced
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp dijon
- 1 cup halved seedless red grapes
- 8 oz provolone cheese in 1/2 in cubes
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds toasted and coarsely chopped
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp snipped fresh chives
- Whole grain bread
