Ingredients
- 1 c wild rice
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 1/4 lb skinless ckn breast cubed
- 2 carrots diced
- 1 T dried rosemary leaves
- 1/4 c + 2 T reduced cal. Orange marmalade
- 1/4 c Dijon
- 1/4 tea garlic powder
- 1/8 tea pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice as directed. Heat oil in skillet. Sauté chicken, carrots stirring 3-4 minutes. Stir in rosemary & cook 3-4 min. Stir in marmalade, mustard, garlic powder, & pepper & cook until hot. Add rice & toss.
