Ingredients
- 3 cups warm water
- 1/3 c oil
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp quick rising yeast
- 6-8 c flour (or more)-can be a mixture of white,whole wheat,multigrain,etc

Preparation
Step 1
Combine yeast with 3 cups of flour
In a large bowl mix warm water,oil,sugar,salt and eggs
Add flour/yeast to liquid mixture
Beat until smooth
Continue adding flour until dough is smooth and not sticky
Let rise in a warm place for 15 min
Punch down and let rise for another 15 min .
Punch down and form into buns
Let rise until doubled-about 1 hour
Bake at 350 for 18-20 min
