Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh onion
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 16oz can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 12 oz bottle chili sauce
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine first 5 ingredients, stir until blended. Shape into 30 1 1/2 inch meatballs
2. Place ketchup and next 4 ingredients in an electric slow cooker and stir well; gently stir in meatballs. Cover with lid; cook on high-heat setting for 1 hour. Reduce heat setting to low; cook for 8 hours. Sprinkle with parsley.
3. Serve 3 meatballs with approx 2 tbsp of sauce
