Ingredients
- Graham Crackers
- 2 small pkgs. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 c. Milk
- 8 oz. container of cool ship (lite or regular)
- 2 oz. chocolate
- 3 TBLSP. Butter
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Note: This should be prepared at least 12 hours prior to serving
Combine pudding mix and milk with a hand mixer until smooth and well blended. Add cool whip and mix again. (The cool whip can be added when frozen)
Line the bottom of a pan with a layer of graham crackers. Pour 1/3 of the mixture over top of graham crackers and spread evenly. Make two more layers like you would a lasagna ending with a layer of graham crackers.
Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low to medium heat. Add corn syrup, vanilla and powdered sugar, stirring until completely blended. Pour over top of graham cracker laters, spreading evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
