Ingredients
- 12 oz dark good quality chocolate
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut
- 1/4 cup toasted almond flakes
- grated zest from 1/2 orange

Preparation
Step 1
Melt the chocolate,butter, cream and orange juice over a double boiler.
Stir well so its a all nice and smooth.
Pour into small pots or ramekins.
Allow to cool to room temperature, then add coconut, almonds, and orange zest on top.
Serve at room temperature.
