Preparation

Step 1

Step 1: To Fill
Before using, wash press in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Turn plunger rod and pull until center rod is all the way up. Unscrew ring at end of press. Select cookie disk and place in ring with smooth side out. Shape dough into a log and place inside press. Hold press upright with the bottom ring resting firmly against a cooled ungreased cookie sheet (parchment paper not recommended). Squeeze the trigger to form a cookie.

Step 2: To Use
Repeat for remainder of dough in press, then refill. To change cookie designs, change disks. Before baking, add fun toppings like cherries, almonds or nonpareils. After baking, pipe with icing, dip in candy or crushed peanuts.

Step 3: To Clean
Twist barrel off counter clockwise for easy cleaning. When twisting, be sure to grip the barrel and not the outer casing. Wash with warm, soap water and dry thoroughly.
