Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
10 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 t. baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts
1 t. vanilla

Step 1

Beat whites until stiff. Fold in sugar, crumbs, baking powder, nuts and vanilla. Pour in lightly greased 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
