Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Butter
- 1 Cup of Corn Starch
- 1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 4 Cups of Flour

Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter until creamy. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture a little at a time. Work in with a spoon. Pour our on to floured board and knead.
Press into a cookie sheet to approx 1/2" thickness.
Drag fork across one way and then the other way to make a "plaid" pattern. Sprinkle with red and green sugar or sprinkles.
Bake for approx 1.5 in 225 degree oven until the cookies are done in the middle.
