Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • 4 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Lemon's juice.
  • 1 peeled cucumber chopped fine
  • 6 garlic cloves (can use more if desired)
  • Gyros
  • 1 tomato cut into slivers
  • 1 onion cut into pieces
  • Some lettuce
  • 2 packs of white wave seitan
  • Pita
  • lots of Cavenders Greek Allspice.
  • Feta

Preparation

Step 1

Step One: Tzatsiki Sauce
Mix Yogurt, Oil, spices and cucumber in a bowl with a whisk.

Step Two: Gyro
Cut the seitan into strips.
In a pan on medium heat cook the seitan with olive oil and a lot of cavenders.
I add some water to keep the seitan juicy.

Step Three:
Slice onion, tomato, and lettuce. Heat the pitas in a toaster oven. Then top with a desired amount of sauce, onion, tomato, lettuce, feta, and seitan.
