Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- Tzatziki sauce
- 4 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Lemon's juice.
- 1 peeled cucumber chopped fine
- 6 garlic cloves (can use more if desired)
- Gyros
- 1 tomato cut into slivers
- 1 onion cut into pieces
- Some lettuce
- 2 packs of white wave seitan
- Pita
- lots of Cavenders Greek Allspice.
- Feta

Preparation
Step 1
Step One: Tzatsiki Sauce
Mix Yogurt, Oil, spices and cucumber in a bowl with a whisk.
Step Two: Gyro
Cut the seitan into strips.
In a pan on medium heat cook the seitan with olive oil and a lot of cavenders.
I add some water to keep the seitan juicy.
Step Three:
Slice onion, tomato, and lettuce. Heat the pitas in a toaster oven. Then top with a desired amount of sauce, onion, tomato, lettuce, feta, and seitan.
