- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck, 80/20 or Ground Sirloin
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds Ground Turkey
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Cheese slices, your choice
- Mini burger buns
- Pickles
- Mayo
- Mustard
- Ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ground meat and seasonings and form mini-burger patties. Grill until medium well.
Add cheese topping and/or burger bar for selection of toppings.
Place burger on biscuit or mini-bun to serve.
