- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 2 T. butter
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 cup of pecans
- 1 9" pie shell

Step 1
Combine sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan: bring to a boil. Beat eggs at med. speed until blended. Gradually add hot mixture to eggs, beating constantly. Stir in butter, vanilla and pecans. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 350 for 40 min.
