- 7 eggs room temperature
- cream of tartar use 1/8 tsp for each egg white
- 1/4 cup protein powder, unflavored why protein
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- mini pie tins

Step 1
Separate 6 off the eggs into 2 bowls. Add the extra whole egg to the yolks and whisk. Then mix in the cream cheese. It will look pale, yellow and thick. Whisk in 1/4 cup of protein powder at this point it sort of looks like cake batter. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks with your mixer. Now dump the yolk mix into the egg whites and fold. You don't want to overmix or you will break down and deflate the whites, which will give you less yield. Then spread into a sprayed mini pie tin for rolls. Smooth the tops with a spatula as they don't spread. bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. You can use a 5 inch cake pan to make hamburger rolls and cook a little longer.
